CLENCHI WARRANTY COVERAGE
Clenchi provides a one-year limited warranty on all hardware products, software, and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date (the "Warranty Period"), when used in accordance with Clenchi's product manuals and instructions. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Clenchi or an authorized seller and used for their intended purposes.
Clenchi's warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. Damage incurred during shipping, delivery, or improper storage after delivery is also excluded from warranty coverage.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty excludes the normal depletion of consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure occurs due to a defect in material or workmanship. Clenchi is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products due to misuse or improper handling.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If, during the Warranty Period, you discover a defect in the workmanship or materials of your Clenchi product, please promptly report the defect to us by emailing support@clenchi.com. Be sure to include:
- The product serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the defect
- Photos or videos as evidence of the defect
- A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive your warranty claim, Clenchi may:
- Make a preliminary assessment to determine if the defect qualifies for warranty coverage.
- Request that you return the item or part in question at your cost for further assessment. Clenchi will provide instructions on how to securely package and ship the item to a designated location.
WARRANTY CLAIM DETERMINATION
If Clenchi determines that the defect is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of our decision. Should you wish to have the item returned, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If we do not receive payment for return shipping within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned, and Clenchi reserves the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
If Clenchi confirms that the defect is covered under warranty, we will:
- Repair the item or part at our facilities, or
- Provide a replacement item or part.
In cases where we deem the defect to be eligible, we will reimburse you for the initial shipping cost of sending the defective product back to us for assessment.
For repairs or replacements, Clenchi may use new, used, or refurbished parts that are functionally equivalent to the original item. Repaired or replaced items will continue to be covered under this warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All Clenchi oducts are designed and manufactured to meet the specifications outlined on our website and in our product documentation. Variations within standard tolerance levels, such as minor differences in size or performance, do not constitute defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Clenchi products are subject to normal functional variations based on their use and environment. Issues such as slight sound output variations, battery depletion due to usage, and other performance factors within standard tolerance levels are not considered defects and do not qualify for warranty claims.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase by sending an email to support@clenchi.com. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit only. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted via email within the 24-hour period; failure to do so will render the order ineligible for refunds.
Store credit issued for cancellations may be used toward future purchases and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. For further questions regarding order cancellations or store credit, please reach out to us at support@clenchi.com.
