TROUBLESHOOTING

Clenchi products come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.

First, ensure that Clenchi is fully charged. Connect it to the USB-C charger and check for the charging indicator. If it still doesn’t turn on, try using a different charging cable or contact our support team.

Ensure that Clenchi is properly synced with the app. Try disconnecting and reconnecting via Bluetooth. For the most accurate tracking, use Gripsner in a stable environment and avoid fast, repetitive movements that might disrupt the sensor.

Ensure that Gripsner is powered on and within range. Make sure your Clenchi isn't connected to another device. If so, disconnect from the other device.

We currently ship to the US, Canada and select countries in Europe.

If you have a tracking number it means it's on it way and you can track it with the courier company. Pop your tracking number into here If you have not received a tracking number yet, then the batch is still being packed. We are being as speedy as we can be - we are for your patience but please reach out if you have a significant delay. 🏎️

As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. The first thing you need to do is to immediately report your damaged delivery to the carrier, even before reporting it to us. You can then send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received and we'll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible. If we can help we will. 💔.

Our customers are responsible for providing a valid mailing address upon check out. If an address change is required post check out, please contact us immediately at team@clenchi.com. If you need to change your address once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
