SHIPPING

At Clinchi, we're dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. We fulfill orders on a priority basis according to the date they were placed, so the best way to secure an early dispatch is to place your order promptly. Estimated shipping times for each product are available on the product pages to help set expectations for delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are working diligently to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched swiftly, though please note that we rely on carriers to handle deliveries. Occasionally, there may be a delay in tracking updates due to carrier processing times. If you haven't seen any tracking progress within 20 days of dispatch, please contact our support team at support@clinchi.com for assistance.

When products are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after placing your order. For further shipping updates, please refer to the specific product pages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers, orders will be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers closest to you. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days (on average)
  • United States: 4-6 business days (on average)

RETURNS

This section applies to returns due to a change of mind and does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

We offer a 7-day return policy for change of mind. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Be unworn and unused, with all original tags.
  • Be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. To start a return, contact us at support@clinchi.com, and we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us. Items must be shipped in their original packaging via a trackable method to:

GRISPLY RETURNS

Once we receive your returned item, processing can take between 10 and 30 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and an additional handling fee of US$10 applies for administration and transaction costs. Additional fees may be charged if any original packaging or accessories are missing, or if there are any damages.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item or packaging is damaged, report it immediately to the carrier. If you suspect a defect, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@clinchi.com with a description and photos of the issue if possible. We’ll review your request and take appropriate steps based on our warranty terms.
